On our way south we had a short stop at the Abel Tasman National Park to visit my German friend Natalie who is working there and go for a hike along the shore. We ended up taking a water taxi and hike back which was really nice:
The National Park had some great beaches and the hike was more of a stroll, very easy access and not too much elevation gain. Definitely a nice spot.
