So, after a long time without any updates some news. After dropping off Anke in Nelson in March I headed to Queenstown where I have been ever since. First I was staying at different hostels but after I was sure I’d spend the winter season here I rented a room in a nice house in Fernhill, about 5 min drive from Queenstown central.
I’m living with 3 roomates, there’s Matt from the States who is the main tenant, he works as a structural engineer. Then there is our Kiwi Ryan who works in construction and two weeks ago Sam from the States moved in, she will be working at a bar at one of the ski resorts here. The picture above is our view :D
Speaking of work, I now work at a big outdoor store near Queenstown, the H&J Outdoor World. I would link to their website but they don’t have one ;-) I’m hoping to change that very soon, if they let me…
